## Process

### We work in dyads.

Every workstream is a senior engineer paired with an agent. The human judges; the agent multiplies. Pair-by-default, test-driven, refactor on green — two minds on every commit, one of them tireless.

Operational software ships in the first cycle of every engagement — not the last.

### Dyads run on tools we built.

- **Forge** — spec-to-scaffold codegen. A workstream definition becomes structure before the dyad opens an editor.
- **Atlas** — architectural search across every engagement we've delivered. Dyads find precedent in seconds, not weeks.
- **Pulse** — release watchdog. Monitors CI/CD across active dyads, auto-rolls back failed deploys before clients see them.
